Increases troop damage while under the effects of Snake Blood and troops gain increased movement speed inside Wind Vortex. At higher quality levels causes Wind Vortex to deal increased damage and increase troop casting speed, as well as granting Lifesteal to troops under the effects of Snake Blood.
