For the best results and to not cause any problems, we would prefer you to only have one village per device. Going around this may lead to problems and we may not be able to restore a village that's been copied over.

If you play Rival Kingdoms using Game Center, Google Play or if you have logged into Facebook in our game then your data should be saved on our servers. Install Rival Kingdoms on your new device, and login to the same Facebook, Game Center or Google Play account. Rival Kingdoms should then find your profile and load your village.

Please make sure that you are logged into the same Facebook, Game Center (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account linked with your village when you play our game. If this does not help, then please contact our support team by clicking here.

You cannot use the same Facebook, Game Center (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account if you wish to restart our game, since your data is linked to this.

In order to start a new village, follow these steps:

1. Uninstall Rival Kingdoms.
2. Log out of Game Center / Google Play.
3. If you wish to associate your new village to a new Game Center or Google Play account, log into it now.
4. Download Rival Kingdoms from the AppStore / Google Play.
5. Load Rival Kingdoms.
6. If you want to associate your new village with a Facebook account, go to Menu > Settings > Accounts and tap the LOGIN to Facebook button.

Your new village should now be safely associated to Game Center / Google Play or Facebook, providing the account doesn't already have an existing village associated with it.

If you play Rival Kingdoms using Game Center, Google Play or if you have logged into Facebook from the menu, then your data should be saved on our servers. This means that if you download the game and login to either of these channels then you should recover your progress.

You can safely store your village progress by linking it to your Facebook account. In Rival Kingdoms open the menu by tapping the symbol with nine squares at the bottom of the screen, then select the Settings Tab. Once you are in the Settings menu, tap the Accounts button then login to Facebook.

We try our best to keep our games a fun, fair and friendly place for everyone. There are several reasons why players could be banned in Rival Kingdoms. Below is a list for some of the reasons you could be banned from our game:

1. You have been found to unfairly gained an advantage in the game through hacking.
2. Repeatedly abusing an unsporting exploit in order to gain an advantage. We understand these can happen accidentally but repeated abuse of an exploit can lead to a ban. If you find an exploit in the game, please report it to us by clicking here.
3. Repeated reports of offensive and abusive chat in Rival Kingdoms.

Tap the name of the player you wish to report and then tap the blue report button.

You can tap on a player in 'global chat' and select 'mute'. This allows you to mute a player in global chat for your current session. Confirmation of this action will also have the option to report.

I have not received my purchase. What should I do?

Open the menu in our game by tapping the symbol with nine squares at the bottom of the screen, tap contact us and then tap the payment issues tab. Remember to include an email receipt for your payment to help us resolve your inquiry.

You can lock in-app purchases on your device to ensure that no money is spent without your consent.

iOS:
Apple provides the ability to block all In-App purchases unless a pin-code is entered first. Follow the instructions below to enable this function:

1. Return to your device’s home screen, and select Settings -> General -> Restrictions.
2. Tap enable restrictions
3. Type in a passcode
4. Find and disable In-App purchases

Android:
It is possible to block purchases made on Google Play unless a PIN is entered. Please click here to find instructions on how to enable this PIN.

Kingdom bundles are a unique type of bundle which are a great reward for your team! Once purchased these bundles will reward all current members of your kingdom other than the purchaser. Perhaps your generosity will be noticed by your kingdom and they'll return the favor by buying one for you!

Please try the following instructions, as they can help to resolve your issue:

• Fully close all open apps
• Restart your device
• Ensure you have at least 2GB of RAM on your device

Unfortunately due to the amount of phones and tablets on the marketplace we are not able to support every device. If the app is not appearing on your device’s app store or marketplace then Rival Kingdoms is not compatible with it.

Open the menu by tapping the symbol with nine squares at the bottom of the screen and select the Settings Tab. Once you are in the Settings menu, select the notifications button and toggle any notifications you want on/off.

iOS:

1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

Android:

1. Open your device's Settings menu .
2. Touch Apps.
3. Select the app from the list.
4. Touch Force stop.
